My Role
I joined Filament team and became an early core contributor, my role and responsibilities included:
creating and managing components/ design system for the product, creating production ready designs and working closely with devs for testing/implementation
researching top dex 's keeping a constant small upgrades we can add to product
talking to users, conducting interviews and incorporating feedback back into design
